Digital payment for Indian economy to go cashless

With the ban of old 500 and 1000rs notes brought old yet new word to common people of india, it is go cashless or paperless transaction. India is a country where variety of people live not just in terms of religion but also in terms of standards. Like other countries, India too is divided into high class, middle class and lower class. High class is very well addicted to paperless transactions as they already use credit cards and debit card in their daily uses.

But the problem arises for the middle class and lower class. In middle class only few are technically updated and use these and understand the usage of digital payments. The fewer people includes the new generation who have seen the developments within their eyes that means the 90s and later people. But for the older generation its difficult to understand the new technology. They just know that by doing work one get money and from that one purchases the things they require. It took many years for them to trust banks too. I have heard from my mother that people didn't used to put their money in bank because of fear that their money will be gone.

But now things have changed, almost everyone has bank account and the person who didn't had that too Modi government made accounts in Jandhan accounts which gives good interest rates and have government security that their money are in safe hands. But the journey is too long as most of the people in India resides in villages so they have to be trained how to use digital payments to purchase things. Government should proper train all class of people all over India to how to go cashless and use digital payment.
I know India is huge country with more than 150 crores of people so it may take time but if government and people support then the time will be near when currency will be just in terms of numbers in bank account and future generation will hardly see these Indian currency issued by RBI.
